With some years of experience in hostel operation, while on the working committee of Nepal Hostel Association and outside the committee, I got a chance to closely experience the different types of opportunities and challenges related to the hostel business while working close to the company and businessmen. All of us have experienced a lot of suffering when we do not know or do not know about small things while doing hostel business. How can we get rid of such problems and convince others so that other business people do not have to suffer the pain we experienced while doing business?
